Hotel's location was good and perfect, right in front of a bus stop. What's more, it was adjacent to train tram lines, Blue Line metro station and the shops, restaurants and beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was really nice on a business trip.
Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The location here is great, close to the beach park, main attractions, and the marina; breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancakes.

For an overnight stay the hotel is great, for a longer period one should look for something more in the centre. . The breakfast is good, takes nothing to the other hotels in the USA. . The rooms were clean.
Unfortunately the train, which is not in the description at the moment, is not running, you only have the possibility to take the bus in direction LA. . If we'd known that before, we wouldn't have chosen the hotel. Also, the staff do not consider it necessary to greet anyone, they prefer to ignore this.

Always had a parking space even if with payment.
The elevator didn't work for 2 days, couldn't pay cash, I didn't like the reception.

Location-wise, it was right in front of a train station, but that meant we heard a lot of noise throughout the night. the room was cozy and the staff were efficient 👍.

The room was well-maintained and a decent size. The bed was comfy. A great selection of fresh pancakes, sausages, and scrambled eggs, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue's location was absolutely perfect, near the cruise port, cruise ship, aquarium, the Queen Mary, Los Angeles.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. It made a good impression.
The breakfast was disappointing, little choice. The scrambled eggs were tasteless, the sausages tasted cheap and soapy. The coffee was watery, extremely thin. At this hotel I would have expected a better standard.

The room itself.
Breakfast on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. Unfriendly staff at the reception.

It was clean, house keeping did a good job, quiet, except for loud cars.
The location, the fact that all doors were wide open all the time. I would have felt better if it was locked up and not an easy access for anybody. The first night there were three people drunk trying to flag us down trying to leave the motel. As a single woman staying there I would not recommend staying there. I was shocked at the lack of security. I went down to change the credit card the night before and was told that it was already run, only to be asked the next morning if I wanted to put it on a different card. Someone did not want to be bothered. I wanted to do it in the evening to save time before I left the next morning.

Had a nice stay here. Everything about this quiet hotel was great. I greatly enjoyed pancakes, sausages and scrambled eggs in the morning. The staff were consistently courteous, and the room was spotless with couch and microwave, as example. In general the service was friendly. On the plus side, there was parking on-site.
